We’re back at it again, and this time with a winter fashion photo shoot! We had lots of fun visiting Ted Drewes Frozen Custard and Christmas Tree Shop in order to create some seasonal snapshots. This entire shoot is brought to you by friends, fashion, and freezing temps. So come along with us for a behind-the-scenes look at how our whole day went!
We were absolutely dying to have a photo shoot that involved Christmas trees. What better place to go than Ted Drewes? Our models, Rachel and Randi, were the perfect pair for helping us show off our new women’s winter fashion.
We made sure to get lots of photos by the pines in order to help our social media posts and our website to look festive for the season. The trees were so beautiful and we were so excited to have the perfect Christmas tree background for our fashion shots!
By these smiling faces, you would never know that the temperature that day was freezing cold. This is a glimpse of our models’ glamorously brisk walk back to their changing station in order to get ready for their next look.
One of our hottest styles for Christmas 2018 was this Park City Vest from Thread and Supply! Our girls were showing off the versatility of this fully reversible vest and they were loving the added layers for modeling on this chilly day.
You know we couldn’t forget to take a sherpa picture! We loved how the colors of Rachel’s pullover and Randi’s jacket were perfectly complimented by the gorgeous green trees in the background.
Even though we absolutely adored all the trees, we wanted to explore our surroundings in order to switch up the background a bit. This tan, brick wall was perfect for showcasing these beautiful styles from Thread & Supply!
We loved the comfy combination of C.C. Beanies and Thread & Supply styles! Randi was cuddled up in the ultra-soft Drayton Pullover, and Rachel was warm and cozy in her grey Dillon style.
After venturing even further out from our original spot, we stumbled upon a cute place called, “Candy Cane Lane.” We absolutely had to capture some pictures by these adorable candy canes and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
In order to be fully prepared for this festive shoot, we brought some fun Christmas-y props along with us. We think that these cute lights add that extra little something to Randi’s Main Strip sweater look, don’t you?
Not only were these Lumiere pants absolutely perfect with Rachel’s Elan sweater, but we were loving the look of the festive garland wrapped around her shoulders too!
Since this part of town was rather quiet that day, we took a few photos out on the street for a high fashion look. For this photo, the girls were trying to show all the different ways you could wear a Look By M scarf. In the end, we all decided that this scarf looked the most comfortable when they were both cuddled up in it together.
At the end of our shoot, we decided that we needed a few more pictures of these gorgeous dresses. Then we spotted this beautiful set of Christmas red doors, and we knew we had found our final background destination! Thank goodness the weather warmed up so our models weren’t freezing for this final look.
Even though our photo shoot was over, we couldn’t head back to the office before grabbing some custard to-go! Thank you for following us along on our latest behind-the-scenes story, and we hope to share our next adventure with you all as well!
