This list of New Year’s Resolutions is geared towards guys, but can definitely apply to ladies as well.

  1. Clean out your closet.

Quit letting old duds take up space in your closet. If it’s something that you don’t like or never wear, then it needs to go. Donate it, give it to a friend, throw it away, do what you gotta do. Just stop hanging on to unnecessary items.

follow this guide.

  1. Improve your fitness routine and eating habits.

Whether this means hitting the gym more frequently or just reaching for the chips less often, finding ways to take better care of yourself is never a bad thing.

  1. Spend less time in front of a screen.

In general, just get your stuff together, man. Winterize your car before it snows. Stock up on all of your must-haves for Spring Break when you book your trip. Repair your bean bags and buy a new cooler before summer bbqs start again. Don’t let yourself be unprepared for things you know are coming up.
