Store Manager/Co-Manager:
Summary: Results-driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Meeting sales goals by training, developing, mentoring and providing feedback to sales associates
- Supervising and training assistant managers and associates
- Report buying trends and customer needs to home office
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances)
- Be a shining example in both behavior and performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management
- Previous management or sales experience required
- Powerful leadership skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
Sr Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager:
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the store manager in meeting your store’s goals as well as company targets to maximize profitability
- Delivering excellent customer service
- As a strong leader in your store, you’ll motivate and educate your team, acting as a role model to the staff, delegating tasks which allow them to learn from you and grow their skills and knowledge
- Additional assistant manager duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous management or sales experience preferred
- Enjoy talking with people while displaying a friendly, engaging attitude
- Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills to both interact with customers and to work well with team leaders and other store associates
